Seven Week Update

Preston is seven weeks old today! He is really changing everyday. He is starting to smile at us and of course we keep working to get him on a schedule. At his one month appointment Preston was 11 lbs 4 oz and he was 22 1/4 inches. His next appointment is June 30. Here are some photos of Preston in the bath, spending time with his cousin Audrey, and in his "Bumbo" seat. Enjoy!

Fun and Games

It has been a busy time around the Frilot House the last couple of weeks. Preston watched his first major sporting event on tv, the Kentucky Derby and of course wore his finest seersucker pants for the occasion. He has also been spending time with his cousin Jacob. Brad and Kelly have enjoyed Preston being more alert and able to interact with his parents more and more every day.

Family Time

We have been very fortunate to have spent a lot of time with our families recently. We have had overnight visits from Kelly's Mom, Brad's Mom, and Brad's grandmother. We also went to Aunt Linda's birthday party where Preston was able to spend time with his Great Grandparents, Uncle John, and many cousins including Jacob who is older than Preston by 19 days! Preston then had a visit from Uncle Trey, Aunt Holly, and cousins Chip and Audrey (9 days younger than Preston). We have enjoyed our family time and look forward to seeing those members of our family that Preston has yet to meet. See you soon!

Play Time!

We have been giving Preston some time with his new toys when he is awake. His favorite is "Tummy Time" he also likes his activity map and bouncy seat. Actually, he just lays on these toys and usually falls asleep but we think he is enjoying himself. Here are some pictures.

Preston's Here!

Preston Michael Frilot was born on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 4:40 pm. He weighed 8 lbs 10 oz and was 21 inches long. Kelly had to have a C-Section but everything turned out great. We had to stay some additional days in the hospital for Kelly's recovery time but she is really moving along well now. We came home from the hospital on Friday and we have been adjusting to our new life. Preston has been great and is quite a sleeper. His "restless" hours seem to be between 2 and 4 am. Our "other boys" Munson and Frank (the dogs) have been great with Preston as well. Check back for more updates!
